As and when we would provide delivery to other locations, the same would be updated here, we request you to kindly check the Shipping Options link on our home page for further updates. www.dawarsopenworld.com provides FREE shipping/delivery to your beneficiary address, we request you to place your valued order and enjoy the FREE shipping/delivery offer. Your order will be delivered as per the stipulated delivery time (please refer to Delivery Policies). We believe in providing our dear customers with the best service and hence do not charge for delivery. however, we reserve the right to change/discontinue the FREE Shipping/Delivery at any time.
Cancellation of Shipment
After order confirmation and payment completion, www.dawarsopenworld.com will facilitate to deliver your product in the stipulated delivery time to your beneficiary address in Delhi & NCR city limits only. www.dawarsopenworld.com will not allow for Cancellation of Shipment for any reason and request our dear customers accordingly to confirm the purchase first and then book with us.
How do I pay for my order?
We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed. And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using PayU & CCAvenue Payment Gateways.
Can I cancel my order?
If you order online, you have the legal right to Cancel your order till the time your product is not dispatched. We will not be able to accept cancel requests once the product has been shipped. But, for the customer’s convenience the product can be returned.(See Returns Policy)
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.
You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID a listing of the item you have ordered and the expected delivery time.
What is your returns policy?
Changed your mind? That's fine, we're happy to refund your order by post. After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a credit/refund (provided you have the Returns document) or an exchange, returned with the original packaging and in a condition which is similar to the one in which the goods were received, within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
How do I return an item I ordered online?
As long as the item is unused, with the original packaging and in a condition similar to one it was received in, you can return it by post to the address enclosed in the parcel when delivered or we can arrange a pick-up for the product from the delivery address provided for that particular order. See our refund section for full details. Please note that delivery and gift wrap service charges are not refunded except in accordance with your legal rights.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on consumable items and softwares, which are based on licences, if these items have been opened, unless the product is faulty.
When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?
Please inform us by separate post (DAWARS OPEN WORLD, 5/5 JACUBPURA GURGAON Phone: 0124-49-88-888) or, e-Mail us email@example.com about your returns, so that we can refund you the cost of your items within 30 days from the date of purchase. We shall not be refunding the postage and wrapping charges that have been incurred on the transaction. The refund will be credited to the payment card account. An email will be sent to you updating the status of the refund. We will be using the email address provided to us at the time of purchase for all such correspondence.
Demonstration & Installation
Demonstration is provided by the manufacturing company and is provided on certain products only, in case of further clarifications, we would request to contact us on 0124-4988888 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to clarify on the same. After delivery/receipt of product, the demonstration, if applicable, would happen after minimum 4 business days. Only the first demonstration would be on a complimentary basis.
Installation is provided by the manufacturing company’s authorized service center/franchisee only. For Split & Window A/C, standard installation charges will apply; payable by the consumer directly to the company’s authorized service center/franchisee.
Inclusions in scope of work for Split A/c installation: - Installation of Indoor and Outdoor units, Interconnecting Indoor and Outdoor unit with piping.
Exclusions in scope of work for Split A/c Installation:- All masonry work, Supply and Installation of main power phase, electrical work, Leak testing if piping is already done by the consumer, no drilling holes in any of the pillars, dismantling charges if earlier Split A/c is present.
For other products, standard installation will be provided as per companies norms and is complimentary. After delivery/receipt of product, the installation would happen after minimum 4 business days. We would request you to kindly contact us on the above mentioned contact details for any assistance required.
Refund on Shipping and Handling Charges
Please note that we do not refund the shipping and handling charges that has been paid on any transaction.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We aim to deliver as soon as possible but please be aware that during busy periods like DIWALI, HOLI , Christmas and other public holidays it might take longer. We will keep you updated regarding the date of delivery.
At this time we are able to deliver only to DELHI / NCR . Orders placed from any other location will not be accepted and you (buyer) will be responsible for all the bank charges, refund charges etc, that the cancellation process will incur.
What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
If you're out when we try to deliver, we'll leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. For situations where a parcel is missed on delivery, the delivering service shall be leaving a card at the address, explaining the situation / status of your parcel. You will have to contact the delivery service directly to arrange for alternatives.

I have placed an order for an item, how long it takes to deliver the item?
All Orders from www.dawarsopenworld.com are delivered 3 to 5 business days of placing an order . However delivery is not made on Sundays and Public Holidays since there are no courier services available on these days. In case of natural calamities and disasters the order can be delayed further. We do not take responsibility of delay in such cases.
What should I do when I get the wrong merchandise instead of my order?
We will make best possible effort to ensure that the Correct Order is delivered to your Shipping Address. However if there is a mismatch in the Order received at your end, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up from your end and re dispatch the same without any additional cost. Please Contact Customer Support in case of wrong Order received. We apologize in advance for any such errors.
Can I cancel a confirmed order?
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24-48 hours of placing an order for selective products i.e unless the product is shipped from our end. If the order is already under process with us or with the third party vendor, then the request may be rejected. For products listed under special Events & Promotions (Rakhi, Diwali, Valentine etc…) cancellations will not be entertained.
Cancellation is only permissible in case the quality of the product delivered is not good (Product delivered is defective, incomplete etc]. In such cases report the issue to customer care immediately through our feedback section.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our customer care center by mentioning the same on our feedback section. The request can only be entertained once the merchant has check and determined the same at his own end.
What are the different stages in Order Processing?
You can check the order status by visiting the “My Account” link in case of registered member. Please follow the steps mentioned as under:
Step 1: Click on “Order Status“ Link on the homepage. For registered members it will ask to login. Once logged in, It shall display the orders you have placed with current status.
Step 2: Click on the on the Order numbers under the Order ID section to know the details of the order. There are various stages the order goes through before reaching you at the desired destination. Various Stages of the order that it goes through are:
1. Order under Process: This is the first state of any order.
2. OUP waiting for gateway response: This is the state which indicates that the payment has not been processed by the Gateway. In case you log out at time of making payment on the payment gateway page or the internet connection is lost while processing payment then this state would appear for the order.
3. Payment Received: This confirms that the payment for the order has been accepted.
4. To be verified: When the payment is made through bank cards, pay cards or any of redemption options, the orders are verified for authenticity.
5. Shipped: The order is shipped through our third party Courier partners. The details of the shipment are mentioned on the “Variables Updated” section in the order form.
6. Order cancelled: An Order may be cancelled due to variety of reasons. The reason is mentioned in the “Variables Updated column on the order form.
7. Sales return: The products shipped have been returned by the consignee back to the seller.
I am not able to make payment online through credit card and gift vouchers?
